Our annual donation day will be taking place on Sunday 20th December at our warehouse.
As has been the case with everyone, this has been the most challenging of years. We’ve seen a surge in the number of people requiring emergency food provision over the last few weeks, and this number is only set to increase as we enter the Christmas period.
Whether you’ve been collecting a reverse advent calendar, collecting on behalf of your work or community group, or just looking to clear out your cupboards, this would be the ideal time to receive your donation to be able to distribute these items before Christmas.
We can accept any non-perishable item, but in particular we’re looking for;
- tinned meat
- tinned fruit
- tinned puddings
- selection boxes
- toilet roll
- size 5 and 6 nappies
This will be done in a Covid-secure way, so unfortunately, we won’t be allowing access inside our warehouse. However, if you ring the front door (which will be sanitised after each use) our volunteers will come and accept your donation.
Thank you all for your continued support. We couldn’t do what we do without the wonderful support of the Dundee public!
