This is a reminder that as of Monday 2nd July 2018, Dundee Foodbank will be operating a new referral procedure. At present, referrals are processed via telephone. However, this will be discontinued and will be replaced with the ‘Red Voucher System.’
We are in the process of contacting all of our referring partners to issue them with their own set of Red Vouchers. From the 2nd July, any referring partner wishing to make a referral for a food parcel will simply need to fill in the details on the voucher and hand it over to the person they are referring. The person will then take this to their nearest Foodbank where the voucher will then be exchanged for a food parcel.
The initiation of our new referral system will coincide with our change of premises from the Full Gospel Church on Constitution Street to our replacement centre at;
