Dundee Foodbank has received a tremendously generous offer of support from The Carpet Cleaners and we are delighted to announce a newly formed partnership. The Carpet Cleaners will be fundraising for us by selling raffle tickets at the cost of 50p. The winner will receive a professional carpet cleaning service of three rooms in their home. The proceeds of £250 will then be donated to us here at Dundee Foodbank.
And (as if that wasn’t enough), The Carpet Cleaners have also offered a free professional carpet cleaning service (for three rooms) as a prize for anyone donating at any of our remaining supermarket collections in 2017 (the dates of which can be found here). Therefore, anyone who donates food or money to us during a supermarket collection is entitled to a free entry in the prize draw. We will simply ask any donor wishing to participate to write their name and contact number on a piece of paper and the winner will be drawn at the end of the respective supermarket event. About 95% of stock at Dundee Foodbank is provided by members of the public and without your generous support, we would not be able to function. Hopefully, this will go some way in showing our appreciation and gratitude for the donations we receive. Our next supermarket collection is at Tesco South Road on Saturday 3rd June from 10am-4pm.
